Houghton, New York
Houghton College is in western New York, about 70 miles southwest of
Rochester. The Library project included a 14,000 square foot third story
addition to the existing Library, and strengthening of the lower support
columns to support the new addition. A new main entrance addition,
including an elevator and stair tower, was added to the front of the building. The
project also included a new pedestrian bridge, spanning eighty
feet and connecting the new third floor Library addition to the
existing Academic Building.
